EXPERIENCE
Shigeyuki Mizutani joined Bain Capital in 2025 and is a Principal on the Special Situations Team.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, he served as a Managing Director at Blackstone Group’s JapanCor, where he focused on the real estate asset management business for approximately nine years. Prior to that, he spent around two decades specializing in real estate investment, finance, and securitization at various financial institutions, including Mizuho Bank, MUFG Bank, Citigroup Securities, and GE Capital.
EDUCATION
Shigeyuki received a BA in law from Keio University.
