EXPERIENCE
Shabad Thadani joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is a Managing Director on the Special Situations team.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Shabad spent 11 years at Arkkan Capital, focusing on special situations investments across public and private markets spanning performing, stressed and distressed assets. He also spent 5 years at Claren Road Asset Management in New York City.
EDUCATION
Shabad received a BA with Honors in Business Economics from The College of Wooster, and is a CFA Charterholder.
