Rohan Kapoor

EXPERIENCE

Rohan Kapoor joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is the Head of Data Management for Capital Markets, supporting the Credit, Special Situations, and Public Equity businesses. Rohan is responsible for leading the Capital Markets data governance and reporting strategy. This entails building data organization, transparency, completeness, accuracy, and consistency, which integrates and aligns with automated client and internal reporting platforms. 

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Rohan served as CFO of the Asset Servicing business and Co-Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at State Street Bank. Previously, at JPMorganChase in New York, Rohan led Risk Oversight for the Chief Investment Office and managed Daily P&L and Middle Office Operations for the Credit Portfolio Group

EDUCATION

Rohan received an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University and a BA in finance from Babson College.
