EXPERIENCE
Mr. Mason joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is a Managing Director on the Special Situations team and a member of the North America Portfolio Group based in Bain Capital’s New York office. Previously, Mr. Mason spent a decade at American Express running a number of businesses in the US and International markets. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Premium Products, where he was responsible for some of American Express’s largest P&L’s including the US Platinum portfolio. Prior to American Express, Mr. Mason was a Vice President in Investment Banking at Goldman, Sachs.
EDUCATION
Mr. Mason is a graduate of Harvard College and Yale Law School, and he was a Fulbright Scholar to France.
