EXPERIENCE
Rafael Coste Campos joined Bain Capital in 2020. He is a Managing Director on the Special Situations team, focusing on non-performing loans and real estate team.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Rafael led the European Real Estate and Asset back securities business at King Street Capital in London and invested in value add and opportunistic real estate assets across Europe. Before joining King Street in 2014, he worked at Goldman Sachs in the ESSG/REPIA team, focused on real estate acquisitions, special situations, and real estate lending across Europe.
EDUCATION
Rafael received an MSc from HEC Paris and an MSc in management from Esade in Barcelona.
