Pape Ndaw joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is an Operating Partner leading the Industrial vertical of Special Situation in North America.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Pape was Senior Vice President & General Manager at Schneider Electric leading their Home and Distribution Business. Prior to that, Pape was a Senior Vice President and General Manager at TE Connectivity where he led the Automotive Business for the Americas region

Pape holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a Master of Electrical Engineering from the University of Bordeaux in France.
