EXPERIENCE
Matthew McCandless joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is a Vice President on the Special Situations team, focused on real estate asset management.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Matthew was a Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management. He began his career in the global real estate group at UBS.
EDUCATION
Matthew received a BS with a concentration in real estate and urban economics from the University of Connecticut.
