EXPERIENCE
Mr. Zhou joined Bain Capital in 2021. He is a Senior Vice President in the Portfolio Group for Bain Capital Special Situations in Asia Pacific. Prior to his current role, Mr. Zhou was a Vice President of Transformation at Laird Performance Materials, a portfolio company of Advent International from 2018 to 2021. Previously, Mr. Zhou was a Manager at Bain & Company, where he focused on strategy and business transformation in Greater China, Southeast Asia, and US.
EDUCATION
Mr. Zhou received an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Michigan.
