EXPERIENCE
James Goldman joined Bain Capital in 2014. He is a Senior Vice President, Head of Compliance for Capital Markets, and a Risk & Oversight Committee member. He is responsible for providing compliance support.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, James served as Senior Counsel in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement and as an attorney at the law firm of WilmerHale.
EDUCATION
James received a JD from Boston College Law School and a BA from Harvard University.
