EXPERIENCE
Allison Lim joined Bain Capital in 2025. She is a Vice President and a member of the Special Situations team, focusing on investments in the Business Services vertical.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Allison was an investor at Abry Partners where she focused on buyout opportunities across the Tech-Enabled Services space. Prior to Abry Partners, she was an investor at MidOcean Partners where she focused primarily on buyout opportunities in the Business Services sector.
